I've been looking forward to the debut YA novel Magic Under Glass for months. I ordered it before the first of the year! it came! The author, fabulousfrock, sent me a bookplate! I was excited!

Things that are good about today:
- scoradh's most recently posted H/D fic, Interview With the Hero, which, while I had mixed feelings about certain characterizations and felt kind of lost by the end (though that could have been due to reading it at 3am), was a wonderfully filling read that I raced through eagerly.

I am in the strangest mood right now. I am going to rattle off reasons why.

WTF WTF WTF. I just got an email that says "gas is now $4.00 a gallon at Bigfoot."
I take it this is the explanation, I assume?
